Guest guest
10/22 You can, as a rule (there are exceptions), measure the status of your health at any given time by determining the workload of your internal transportation system - just count your pulse. As a rule, the more toxic your system, the greater the body's workload and the higher your pulse. Contrariwise, the healthier you are, the lower the body's workload and the lower your pulse rate.
