" man does not live by food alone... " nor by any single necessity of life

that such as exercise, rest, sleep, warmth, sunshine, peace of mind, or

love. Natural Hygiene embraces all of life - which includes everything that

is " wholesome " and " good. " Under our wide spreading umbrella, nothing that

is beneficial to life is excluded: all that is of value in the maintaining

of the integrity of mental, spiritual, and bodily good health is included.
