Guest guest
10/14 Some determined individuals who embark on an Hygienic program may decide to start with a short fast. Short fasts without supervision may be safely undertaken by most individuals. However, no one should fast much longer than 3 - and at the most, 5 - days without professional supervision, because certain developments and changes during a prolonged fast must be assessed regularly by a competent fasting supervisor. This cannot be too strongly emphasized.
