I give you this talk and sent of of what other learned at the TVA fair, I hope

others will do the same

Brendan Brazier, started to be a vegetarian when he was a teen. He started be

taking isolated soy protean. He explained the soy he was taking was only a part

of a good brainy bean. he now uses whole raw hemp seed for its protein and its

fatty acid.It is the very few seeds with a balance of omega 3/6/9. ( If he had

made

natto ,he would not have the problem and hve tons of vitamin K to help his bone

and blood. ) (What others say about Soy vs hemp ) (Vitamin k requires a fatty

acid to digit it Flax seeds/sprouts have lots of fatty acid in the form of omega

3.

 

He said that many people started to change but but they continue to eat the

transition processed foods of mocked meat and going back to eat garbage junk..

They have to grow up to the the raw fruits and vegetables. Its more than just a

salad. You make cakes, soup, pie. with the raw plant foods.

 

He also same some people cannot eat the whole grains ( which starts) out as

grass. can eat the pseudo grains which are quinoa (keen-wa), amaranth, flax

seed,buckwheat and wild rice which are broad leaf plants.like any othe seeds

they can be sprouted to make raw bread.

 

He mentioned that he had problem with corn. He took it out of his viva line (

Corn is a oily food like soy. Corn oil, omega-6 could speed up breast/prostate

cancer, study the ratio of omega 3-6 s/b 2-1. only flax seed or flaxseed

sproouts have tons of omega 3. to eat corn you must add a lot of of flax seed

to get the 2-1 ratio.

He also talks abou the Atkins diet. You eat the good carb,. but leave

everything the same. You would loss weight but to not gain energy. (my friend's

dad died from a heart attck by folling Atkins diet.

He also mention about caffeine to give energy. If you depend on caffine to give

you energy then it time to rethink of what you are eating and drinking which

will give your body a pH of 7.4
