Hello Everyone,

 

I have not posted for a while. I have been experimenting with the low

fat (high fruit) raw food diet (80, 10, 10), then waiting for a few

weeks and switching to the high fat raw food diet (avocados, almonds,

etc.). I will be publishing results from my personal experience soon.

 

I just redesigned my website and now have a health and nutrition category.

 

I would welcome some writing from Raw Food advocates on the different

version of raw food life style.
