What Natural Hygiene is offering you is the knowledge of how to escape the

state of premature death and all its suffering. The living organism is so

well designed that it is capable of living throughout a whole lifetime

without one moment of disease and suffering. This is consistent with its

nature, its instinct, and its design. However, this is true only if we're

willing to forego with those practices which are destructive of its welfare.
