This is my last planned post on basic data for one of the inputs to health: Physical movement/exercise Yesterday: Activity: tennis Duration: 1 hour 37 minutes HR: avg: 61% of max, peak: 116% of max. Cal: 817, 60% Fat. And for the week, remembering that my basic goals are to average at least an hour a day of vigorous physical activity, and do it at least 4x for the week, I show: Duration: 14 hours, 42 minutes (met the goal!) Count: 5x (met the goal) In addition, whilst no specific target, also used 7,766 calories. Principle: Bodies are designed to move. I've posted this to discuss/initiate a thread on an other input to Health, other than food. All of these activities were outdoors, also providing me with fresh air (another input).
