Those exercises that entail the most total and fluid movements of the whole

body are going to be the most healthful and the most rewarding. Now, these

could be activities like hiking, climbing hills, jogging, swimming, or

bicycling. The first factor is to select an exercise that is largely a

continuous exertion and continuous acceleration of you cardiovascular

dynamics. The second factor is to select an exercise that you can

definitely enjoy!
