Guest guest
8/26 That " middle - aged feeling " so many Americans willingly surrender to in their 30s as they relinquish their vitality to progressively lower energy levels for the rest of their lives is due almost entirely to the lack of live enzymes in the dead, cooked food! Test conducted on middle-aged folks revealed that because they ate few or little raw foods, they were short on enzymes. Year after year, these people develop skin wrinkles, thinning hair, sagging of figure and muscles, as well as eyes that were blank and without luster. In other words, you look " worn out " when you starve the processes of your body of the live enzymes in live food! Carlson Wade, 1965 Bob: Note that " enzymes " are not considered " alive " - they are protein molecules. Some sources consider them to have " energy " associated with them.
