Since action is a law of our very being, inaction is a fruitful cause of

disease. Eventually, we have to " pay the piper. " The under-exercised person

may look all right; and at the moment, there might not be very much wrong

with him. On the other hand, there isn't very much right about him, either.

Trouble is, however, on the way to be sure - it just hasn't arrived yet.
