According to the nature and design of physiology and biology of the human

organism, it is possible for the human to live healthfully throughout a

whole lifetime. We find in this health care system of Natural Hygiene that

disease is not accidental - it is caused by factors, most of which are

environmental, most of which are avoidable, and most of which are inflicted

upon ourselves individually by choice and selection through our activities.

WHEN WE BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND AND GET THE INSIGHT OF THIS FACT OF

SELF-RESPONSIBILITY, THEN WE BEGIN TO BELIEVE THAT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR

OUR HEALTH SHIFTS TO EACH OF US, INDIVIDUALLY.
