Guest guest
4 Not everyone, without exception, should immediately attempt to subsist on raw foods exclusively. Some people have shown that they have a limited capacity to handle the high roughage content of a raw food diet; and because of anatomical or physiological weaknesses - that could be inherent or acquired - the indusion of some conservatively cooked foods may be a necessary compromise. A rational diet will take into account the particular needs and circumstances of the individual. It is not a contradiction to recognize the ideal: but it is realistic to retain some flexibility in order to be practical. Dr. Ralph Cinque, 1980.
