This meeting is about holding the light and shining it out to the world, about sharing what we can do to potentially defeat what Hygienists call toxaemia. We meet on the first Tuesday of each month in Toronto, ON, Canada for a shared dinner and discussion. We gather indoors during the cooler times and have a video too and outdoors when warmer. Please bring raw organic fresh vegan edible whole foods: that is, fruits, vegetables, salad, tender leafy greens, sunflower sprouts or any other non-starchy sprouts, seeds or nuts. Please no starches, specifically that is no carrots, no globe artichokes, no white potatoes, no yams, no sweet potatoes, no beets, no rutabaga, no edible pod peas, no winter squash (acorn, butternut, hubbard, banana, etc.), no pumpkin, no water chestnuts, no sprouted grains, no sprouted legumes, no mature corn, no Jerusalem artichokes, no parsnips and no salsify (oyster plant). We follow food-combining. Raw food doesn't include: baked, barbequed, boiled, brewed, broiled, canned, 'cold pressed' oils, hot pressed oils, cooked, distilled, fried, grilled, hydrogenated, nuked, pasteurized, roasted, steamed, regular salad dressings or toasted food. An acceptable dip or dressing can be made from any single organic nut or organic seed blended with any single organic fruit and pure water. Please be kind to our Planet and bring RE-USEABLE plates, chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons, napkins and everything for dinner, including your serving dishes and utensils. Our desire is have a zero-waste event and no tableware is provided with our room rental or when we gather in a park. Thanks! If you do a prepared dish, please bring a small piece of paper with the ingredients, so others can choose whether or not they are able to eat it, i.e. people may have food allergies or sensitivities, or choose to not eat honey or bee pollen. Some may want to know how to make the recipe themselves - it's all about sharing! We have no kitchen available; come earlier if you need any time for food preparation. Welcome to our Toronto, Ontario, Canada Group. Should you not be able to attend, please join us in spirit and advise if we should have a webinar, or more than one meeting within the Greater Toronto Area for each topic, as well as our once a month meetings. I have posted numerous links of resources in our Facebook Group Event: http://www.facebook .com/event. php?eid=33018212 192 This meeting is about sharing of how to go to the limit to allow the Laws of Nature to take effect, guided by all the spiritual Laws, mainly the Law of Love and the Law of Mercy. We have the very great fortune to have an Advanced Master with us to teach, a Representative of the Great White Brotherhood and Sisterhood, Mark Ansara. We will meetin High Park. By public transit, " High Park”is a TTC station. Walk into the park and proceed south alongside the ingoing road until you see a concession booth. If you are driving, enter the park by the front gate, just west of Keele on the south side of Bloor. Please come early; there is a little bit of free parking and since the weather is forecast to be fairly warm and sunny, most spots will likely be filled. http://www.toronto. ca/parks/ highpark. htm Arrive at 6:30 pm for a pot-luck dinner and discussion til 9 pm .
