Not hard to see - she has my favorite addiction - that some of us raw folks

have.... NUTS!

ps AND of course she needs NO DEFENSE ... because she is better today than

her yesterday. As am I today. Besides, anything she improves on and then

makes public - the world changes slightly. What power!!! She uses it more

wisely than most.
