A common self-deluding pitfall is the habit of procrastination. " I'll start

changing my food program when the weather changes...I'll start exercising

when I have more time.... "

 

Of course, these are copouts. If you keep putting it off, you can convince

yourself that you really intend to do better tomorrow and tomorrow and

tomorrow - but if you put if off long enough, the years will go by; and you

may never come face-to-face with yourself. TO OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION,

BEGIN TO DO WHAT YOU KNOW YOU OUGHT TO DO RIGHT NOW. Make the attempt, keep

trying. Then - and only then - will you find an inspiration and strength you

never realized you possessed!
