If you keep putting it off, you can convince yourself that you really intend to do better tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow - but if you put if off long enough, the years will go by; and you may never come face-to-face with yourself. TO OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION, BEGIN TO DO WHAT YOU KNOW YOU OUGHT TO DO RIGHT NOW. Make the attempt, keep trying.
