Relax with your eyes closed, or read inspiring articles and books, and take a leisurely sun bath. By the cessation of most activities, in addition to the physiological rest secured secured by abstaining from food, you will obtain your mental, physical, and sensory rest - all of which are essential to the maintenance and restoration of health.
