Now, wherever you are, whatever your pursuit, however urgent your duties and

grave your responsibilities, you can do more thinking, accomplish more in

the way of correct thought, achieve greater intellectual results - by not

depriving yourself of abundant sleep. Most men and women should have from

8-10 hours of sleep daily; and as much of it should be before the bell tolls

the midnight hour as they can possibly obtain.
