Otherwise, a person grows old prematurely. He becomes introverted, with tendencies to anxiety, over sensitiveness, and mental fatigue. When a person is unfit, there is an inability to resist stress and exertion. There is a loss of courage and drive as tension increases. YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER!
