Only exercise - or some physical movement - can adequately carry the

lymph back to the

 

main circulation. Lymph, remember, carries with it the waste matter from the

tissues. REGULAR EXERCISE - ESPECIALLY IF VIGOROUS - ACCELERATES LYMPH

MOVEMENT, LESSENING OUR

 

BODILY TOXEMIA. Accordingly, we feel better - assuming, of course, other

Natural Hygiene principles are followed.
