Guest guest
Since I have been eating raw, I've been buying " all organic " food. Our food bill has more than doubled and my husband is questioning whether organic is really necessary. I do not want to eat pesticides and other chemicals on my food. But Jack Lalanne makes a good point...I read in an interview that he said he doesn't bother with organic because those things are in the water to irrigate organic crops anyway. What about contaminated water being used on organic food? Are there any restrictions or standards for water that is being used on organic food? Thanks, Beth
