1 RUN, DON'T WALK TO THE WOODS... Somehow, you must make room in your daily

schedule if you really want to reap the fabulous benefits of mental and

psychological well-being inherent in exercise: no more sluggish brains! As

you walk briskly and breathe deeply, your mind teems with fresh ideas. Far

from people and pressure, solutions to deep rooted problems, as well as

daily crises, surge throughout your being...AS YOU LEAP OVER THE DANDELION

AND THE PURPLE SAGE!
