The kind of superior, Hygienic individuals we have to look forward to for

the future will be " Paragons. " These " Paragons of All the Virtues " would be

lean and lithe and supple, with open minds, with compassion, with love -

love for themselves, love for mankind, love for all beings - and with

tolerance, because these are the accoutrements and the very fibre of good

health. GOOD HEALTH IS PURITY OF THE MIND AND BODY AND SOUL ON THE HIGHEST

LEVEL. That's what it's all about!
