Guest guest
1/20 Now, the inside of our body does not show age as the outside does. With the exception of brain, certain nervous cells, and kidney cells, the inside is continually shedding its old cells and proliferating new cells. These cells have a varying biorthymic life span and are continually processed. But new, healthy cells will grow only by the way we assimilate - not just by what we eat. So raw foods are key. However, assimilation of the food depends on how well we fulfill The Requisites of Life -for examples - on how much REST we get, how much of the full spectrum of SUNLIGHT, how much EXERCISE every day, and how we handle the powerful energy that is known as " THOUGHT.
