Hi Kimchee, this explanation makes sense of course. But how do you believe

this ties back to anything therapeutic, and then to " therapeutically

different " ?

" DRY AIR SAUNAS VS. WET STEAM ROOMS

The hot, dry air of the sauna is therapeutically different form the steam

room sauna. The dry sauna causes profuse sweating, the air itself absorbing

the sweat. But the water-saturated air of the steam room doesn't readily

accept the sweat released by the body. The steam room makes you feel hotter

because your sweat doesn't evaporate and carry away the heat. ... "

Hi, yes, here's a link to the full article:

I'm actually not a big proponent of dry (or wet) sauna therapy as a

frequent activity, at this point.

I've recently found that for me, it makes more sense now to spend that

time and energy on other healthy raw foodist pursuits, such as seeking

organic produce, making green smoothies, dehydrating apples for snacks,

sprouting, etc... And I probably sweat emough at during regular

workouts.
