Guest guest
-Elchanan, it is my first attempt in winter. I have had some vegetable & bean soups that have made me feel very nourished & warm...but I may not be noticing that I am more tired than if I had just had raw foods. I'll keep it in mind and keep trying to eat more raw ;Like Storm I am going by my instincts I appreciate feed back from others-thank you to all who responded. and of course not that this matters to me since I don't eat white flour etc...but it seems that food quality gets worse in many households & places of work during winter months... Christmas cookies etc & this is during a time of year when esp those of us in colder climates need to be carful not to get sick since fresh air & sunshine are in limited quantities as well as fresh food.
