I love watching our hamster eating aleaf of lettuce or piece of

cucumber or other raw veggie-such pure joy on his little face and I

can so relate! :-)

Anyhow I have also had the opposite thing happen-

when I went to 100% in the summer I nearly fainted walking down the

cleaners aisle

the chemicals were overwelming
