Guest guest Posted December 23, 2007 Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 I would highly recommend reading the well-researched book, The Myth of Osteoporosis by Gillian Sanson. It's an eye-opener. Osteoporosis really isn't the problem it's often made out to be; the diagnosis of it can be inaccurate and unreliable. There's no magic bullet to " cure " it, but the book does go into " taking positive action to create bone health " - through dietary considerations, exercise, and other lifestyle choices. I first checked out the book at my local library but after reading it, I bought a copy because I wanted to have it on hand for reference.
