I have been a vegan so I used tofu and beans as my source of vitamin B. Where do you get your vitamin B now? What are the best " cookbooks " that you use? Do you ever exchange recipes on this site? How do you prevent bloating and gas and does it go away after you have been on the diet for awhile? Finally, I went on another site and they said for children who may be experiencing diahrrea avoid cruciferous vegetables and give them bananas, apples etc.? Are there any other foods I should avoid and what add to that list to give them? Thanks for all your answers in advance.
