Guest guest
Laura, >If you have a problem with someone, maybe you should email them privately. I've never heard of anyone eating a raw diet behaving this angry and mean. And you still haven't. Despite his long-time fascination for haunting raw food boards in this insolent manner, envious perhaps of how the other half lives, Laurie himself isn't. Couldn't hack it. He would do well to read The Biology of Emotions. Redirecting Self-Therapy (RST). for Anxiety and Depression. E. Van Winkle, Retired Neuroscientist. Millhauser Laboratories ... www.redirectingselftherapy.com/pamphlet.pdf or the more scholarly, scientific version of that article called " The Toxic Mind " published in Medical Hypotheses [2000; 55(4): 356-368] (http://www.redirectingselftherapy.com/toxicmind.html) if he's up to the intellectual challenge. Introspection is not his strong suit, however, so don't expect miracles. Incidentally, the PhD author of that article was a raw fooder herself. She explained the biochemical mechanism behind the mental/spiritual detoxification process that comes with raw diet and fasting. She also describes nondietary methods of clearing the blocked neural pathways that are behind all forms of mental illness. Her methods have been used successfully in rehabilitating prisoners in various countries. Bob Avery
Guest guest
Hello everybody in the raw food group out there. My name is Martin Davis and I my diet is probably 80% raw. I do believe 100% is what people should be aiming for. The only way to true health is raw living foods that mother nature grew on this planet for us to eat, and ofcourse excercise. I wish the best of health and luck to everyone over the holidays. My one question: is there anyone from this group in the Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada area. Us raw foodists seem to be low on the popularity scale. It would be nice to meet some others of kind in the area. thank-you Martin. Looking for a X-Mas gift? Everybody needs a Flickr Pro Account!
