You must be properly organized to supply all the requisites of physiology to

yourself. If you can't seem to make time for exercise or sunbaths because

of lack of organization and planning, you will find you will have an easier

time retraining yourself if you were completely rested and have had

sufficient sleep. Just remember how petulant, snappy, and on edge you are

when you lack that vital energizer - sleep! Get adequate sleep, and all

else will be much easier!
