Guest guest
11/21 For only relatively brief periods can the body withstand the strain of shifting into " overdrive, " emotionally speaking. The body can adjust to occasional emotional extremes in response to unusual circumstances. But when emotional outburst become a regular and repetitive part of one's life, it becomes progressively more difficult for the body to adjust. Excessive emotionalism is a danger to the individual - which, if prolonged - will surely impair and undermine health. Doctor Ralph Cinque, 1981.
