Hello everyone

My name is Rachel. I am new to the group and just interested in hearing

how people are incorporating raw food into their daily lives. I'm just

observing and appreciate the helpful hints I have picked up from some

of the posts. I am starting to include more raw food on a daily basis.

As I have shared this with my sister, she has started to do the same.

Today I spoke with her on the phone and she told me that she had talked

about this with one of her daughters, who is also now making a point of

including more raw. So it's kind of neat to see the ripple effect

happening.

 

Anyway, I probably won't be real active out here, but wanted to say

hello and let you know that I appreciate the nuggets that I have found

helpful and encouraging.
