How do I wash hemp seeds?

Hmmm... never even thought to rinse them first.

Which doesn't mean it's not a good idea. Maybe

you could use some cheesecloth (or pantyhose)?

I just bought hemp seeds from our health food store in the bulk bin section.

I have very small strainers, but not small enough for the hemp seeds. What

do you use to rinse them before use?

More basic question: DO you wash hemp seeds before use?

 

I do not. Of course, I very rarely use seeds to begin with ....
