Guest guest
The human organism does not digest starch particularly well, the source (potato or otherwise) matters not. The human organism does not express attraction to starch IN AND OF ITSELF. (We are attracted to all the stuff we put ON the starch.) Other than these, no reasons. But then, the human organism does not digest onions well, nor does it receive salt or pepper well, either. I HAVE heard of people who slice them, dehydrate them, then blend them and make a " mashed potato " dish, raw. TOO MUCH WORK, though. And I'm not sure how healthy it is. If you have to have potatoes, just cook them. But I like mashed potatoes with CAULIFLOWER, anyways.
