Hello all!

 

 

 

Several people have talked recently about eating, what they

 

Eat, etc.

 

I thought some might enjoy a “snapshot” picture of what I had

yesterday. It’s very close to 80/10/10; close enough that with

the elimination of a little fat, and inclusion of ~20%

 

more greens, it’d be spot on.

Brunch: grapes and dates

very late lunch, early dinner: bananas and dates

The following meals, on a daily basis, would incur deficiencies:

 

 

Brunch: grapes and dates

very late lunch, early dinner: bananas and dates

snack/dinner: Salad with avocado
