Thanks for this post, Katya. Once we eliminate the impossible, whatever

alternative remains, no matter how implausible, must be correct.

Speaking only for myself, I would say that I have eliminated all the

alternative I could find that clearly do not lead one into optimal health.

This does not mean that some ... many ... of these alternatives do not lead

one into BETTER health, or in a few cases even excellent health. But when I

consider my own desire to experience the greatest vitality, the greatest

sense of balance and clarity, the greatest consistency, and the fullest

enjoyment of life I can, then I find only one alternative that leads me to

such a place.

And I am quite clear in this. Such clarity is only fanaticism to those who

do not possess it. And were I to speak of this with any less enthusiasm,

then I would be untrue to myself, and I would have diminished myself by

stepping out of integrity.

This, I will not do.

And for those who still live in a place of labeling others, perhaps

" enthusiast " would project a sense of respect, even in the presence of

disagreement, whereas " fanatic " projects a great sense of disrespect and

violent disdain.

Just a thought ...

Elchanan

Re: [Raw Food] Eating Meat

One only sees what they set out wanting to see. Perhaps raw foodists are

more *passionate* than militant. They are discovering the truth about what

our bodies really require and find it so important for others to discover

the truth. Perhaps there are some who attempt to force what they consider

the truth up on you but these may be the ones who are still a little

uncertain, on their path and need reassurance from others that what they say

is right. If you read or listen with an open heart you may find that certain

things either resonate with you or don't.

....

The healthiest thing we can do for our bodies is to drop judgment and

beliefs about others and live our own lives in acceptance of what IS, in our

own reality.

Peace,

Katya.
