Guest guest Posted October 30, 2007 Report Share Posted October 30, 2007 While we are on the issue of efficiency and environmental impact I am a bit alarmed to find that the raw foods diet is not so practical unless you live in warm climate areas. I am eating a lot of fresh greens and fruits but none of them are growing locally in Ohio right now, except for apples. So I am contributing in a BIG way to global warming by eating this way. In the summer it would be a different story. What are cold weather raw foodists eating exactly or are you eating foods grown elsewhere?
