Here we have an example of the popular press mangling the study and the

reader not noticing.

 

- It IS correct to say that animals are integral to any thriving ecosystem

of which we know.

 

- It is FALSE to say that we therefore must eat any of them.

A new study done in New York that shows that if New Yorkers eat small

amounts of meat and dairy they are better managing their land and are able

to feed more people then if they only used land for vegetarian crops. This

study shows that in this instance.a vegetarian diet is not better for the

planet.

 

Nothing is that black and white.

EXACTLY. There are dozens of stories about how cow milk is 100% healthy

and a necessary part of a healthy diet... I rest my case. Erica
