B: This is actually very normal. Don't be alarmed! :-) <<< snip >>>

Such confusion about what to eat is indeed common (statistically " normal " )

.... but it is not biologically normal at all.

In all mammalian species, the parent, usually the mothers, teach their young

what, where, when, and how to eat. In our species, having become " civilized "

and " educated " , few mothers possess such knowledge, therefore they have

nothing of value (and much that is harmful) to pass on to their young ...

their children.

But this is NOT normal!!!

We have all been so polluted in body in mind that we are indeed confused.

But the knowledge of what, where, when, and how to eat has never been

cognitive knowledge ... not for our species, not for any species, not now,

not ever.

The " knowledge " you seek is awareness, self-awareness. And this CAN be

taught ... but only by those who themselves have relearned it. I have met

few who have done so.

Find a teacher ... ONE teacher ... who has mastered these things, and all

your confusion about what, where, when, and how to eat will vanish and be

replaced by inner knowing and by the sense of comfort and ease that flow

from inner knowing.

How to select such a teacher?

- First, such a teacher would distinguish " food " from all that is not, and

would only guide you toward food. He/she would guide you back toward your

own sensory awareness (self-awareness) of thirst, hunger, satiation, and

much more.

- Second, such a teacher would neither sell you nor direct you to buy

anything ingestible that has been processed in any way. Go shopping or

foraging with you, certainly. Sell you packaged ingestible products, never.

- Third, such a teacher would guide you to appreciate, embrace, and learn

from all your symptoms, pleasurable and uncomfortable alike.

Best to all,

Elchanan
