Susanne,

Just as a follow up to what Elchanan said below-

(all that we have never worked through, all that we

have never resolved from our past comes roaring into the foreground.)

A few things just clicked into place for me! May help you also.

I've been introducing a lot more raw food into my diet the past 3

weeks. Some days totally raw, others about 70%. Some days I feel

light, almost tingly, vibrant. And other days, weak, shaky,

nauseous. 2 days ago I became so depressed that I thought I simply

didn't want to live anymore. I was SUPER SUPER low. By the evening I

had stabilized and felt totally normal again and wondered where all

that drama had come from. Who WAS that person.

In a subconsious attempt to patch things up and make myself feel

better I turned to my old faithfuls-beer, meat, white bread, cheese,

sugar. Any which way. (luckily the beer was just too foul to stomach

so I passed on that after 3 sips).

I had prepared myself for the physical symptoms coming to pass, but

not the emotions, the sadness flowing out like dysentry. In a panic,

I plugged it all up, put the band aid back on the active volcano.

And now I have to start over. But it's been a valuable lesson.

I'm still working my way through opinions on this forum, and just

received The Hippocrates book and will soon take a look at the

80/10/10 book and then from there let my intuition take me body

wherever it's meant to go, in terms of diet. I'm mostly attracted to

greens and am a little afraid of the fruit, because of the

insaneness the sugar seems to provoke within me. But I feel as I

cleanse, the fruit will be more welcome.

Keep doing what you know is right Susanne. You discovered RAW for a

reason!! Let it flooooow!

Katya.
