I love trying out new recipes and seeing how they appeal to my palette and those of anyone around me willing to try it! I don't know how many of you have Alissa Cohen's book Living On Live Food, but I do. I made the Spanish rice last night. Let me just say, OMG! I went a little heavy on the cayenne, but it all worked out fine! It totally saved me from the Mexican craving I was having. Well, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
