Eating when exhausted or very tired because of great mental or emotional or

physical effort or shock is a pernicious habit and conducive to indigestion.

Digestion fails because the body has no nerve energy left for production of

enzymes and digestive juices. REST when one is exhausted, ESPECIALLY SLEEP,

is indicated rather than food.
