Thank you for sharing Sarah. It is very beautiful. I think Elchanan is

very genuine. So is Erica. Sometimes sincere people can have genuine

differences. We can respect each other without being overly judgmental

about other raw food paths.

People have success with many different types of raw diets. Each must

discover what best works for them.

I am glad that Elchanan feels an abundant health. He serves as an

inspiration to many, no doubt. But no one can be a hero to everyone.

That's just life.

I have a fruitarian friend and he claims to have been on a mostly

fruit diet for about 20 years and states that it works well for him.

No colds, no illness, nothing.

Most all of us agree that a high raw vegan diet with an abundance of

vegetables, fruits according to one's needs, and spinach and other

green leaves is optimal. I think there are some variations on that.

Hey, when even the so called " experts " can't agree, I don't see why we

have to. Peace brothers and sisters!

Namaste and love to all

Harsha

what you put in your mouth. Health doesn't end with what we eat.

There is more than 30 other areas of our lives that contribute to

health...proper sleep, sunshine, emotions, stress, etc. Just having

someone to encourage you along the way and help you gain a greater

understanding of this path towards health is great. We all could

benefit from having a good mentor in our life. I have several

individuals who have helped me understand 80/10/10, and not one of

them has ever asked for money. I've also reached out to those around

me, and never charged them for my services. Compassion causes me to

be willing to work 1:1 with someone without asking for monetary

reimbursment.

that supplement (conveniently I can buy directly from them)...you

can't possibly survive on whole, organic fruits, tender greens, and

the occasional nuts and seeds...
