Guest guest
Okay, I'm reaching out again for support!! My four year old daughter, Emily, had 4 cavities in August. In September, the pediatric dentist was able to fill 2 of the 4 cavities. However, they said that the only way they could work on her teeth WITH her cooperation was to sedate her with Nitrous Oxide. So they did, and she did fine. But now I don't like the fact that they're going to have to give her the Nitrous Oxide again, and that CAN'T be GOOD for HER!! But what are the alternatives? They said that problems could get worse if I don't get the cavities filled in her baby teeth. Right now EMily has no pain at all from the cavities!! I was just wondering if anybody would have some advice about this. Is there a way that I can get her dental work done without using an unnatural gas, and is it really necessary to fill cavities in teeth that are going to fall out soon anyway? Thanks for listening!!
