Guest guest
Carla, There are no " harmful bacteria " . There are only weakened humans. Focus upon creating health--which any of us CAN comprehend--and not upon combating Nature, which is so vast that you cannot comprehend it, must less do battle with it. A war against Nature can never be won and should never be fought. Peacefulness begins within ... PHYSICALLY within. When we eat and live in accordance with our design, Nature's design, then health emerges automagically ... IF we have faith in Nature's design and exercise patience arising from that faith. We spent years creating whatever our present condition may be, and it can take a few years to set it all right. There are no shortcuts, no magic bullets, no quick fixes. There is only living well ... in every area of our lives. Seek out those areas of your life that cause you the most challenges ... diet, work, home, whatever. Attend to those, for the strength of any chain is always measured by its weakest link. I also thought really harmful bacteria only grows on cut fruit, which I never eat except in rare occasions from Whole Foods (like when traveling w/o much other choice). Though I buy all organic (except for coconuts) and 90% from farmers markets, I always wash just due to the fact the harvesters probably dont wash when using the " bathroom " in the fields. But that is it. Carla
Guest guest
I'm just talking about washing produce. No one here in this conversation has mentioned " quick fixes " . Guest guest
> There are no " harmful bacteria " , etc etc etc.. Carla, while this was a beautiful post, there certainly is harmful bacteria. Take spongiforms for example... erica
