Hi Carla,

I saw you are from Berkeley. I am in the area bay also. I live on

the Pennisula and work in the city. Have you been to Alive in SF?

I am going there today. It is a really fantastic raw food

restaurant. I have been following a different healing diet for a

long time and am now trying to incorporate more raw foods into my

diet.

I have struggled with acne for a long time also and it is the one

health problem that won't go away so I understand what you are going

through. I started going to colon hydrotherapy a few weeks ago and

it is really helping.

Hi Susanne,

I love Alive! I've only been to the restaurant once, but they have a booth

at the Ferry Building during the Tuesday's farmers market. Since I work in

the Financial District, I get over there often. On this side, we have Cafe

Gratitude (also two in San Francisco and one in Marin) and Cafe Muse. I'm

about 5-8 minutes away from Cafe Gratitude so its a weakness of mine!

Thank for the tip! I know my acne wont go away overnight, but I would like

to have clear skin for the first time in my life since childhood.
