Guest guest
Thanks Carla, some good thoughts. I was just recalling from my years in Macrobiotics that raw foods (and tofu) were looked down on because they were " yinnizing " or feminizing...which for men usually meant an increase in hair loss...just hoping there is some way, like you suggest, of bypassing this tendency in eating this much raw... I increased greens and fats in my diet in the form of green smoothies and young coconut and flax seed oil supplements. I also take borage or evening primrose oil from time to time as well and it has helped a great deal.
