Greetings everyone,

 

Yesterday I wrote that people can easily eliminate diabetes 2 (among other

conditions) simply and easily by choosing a healthful diet and perhaps

making a few supporting lifestyle changes. I added that those who revert

back to their " old ways " experience a return of all their symptoms.

 

Below, Marjorie Lewis affirms these ideas through experience of her husband.

Amen...

 

My husband has experienced a complete reversal of Type 2 diabetes by simply

losing a large quantity of body fat. (Of course he had to stop EATING FAT

for that to happen.) No herbs. No cleanses. No colonics.

 

Same for his high blood pressure.

 

And he's also experienced in the whole backsliding=recurrence, too. Just as

I have with my irritated bowel.

Also, I suggest that we exercise some caution in making any claims. Diabetes

typically occurs in the presence of other symptoms and/or diagnoses, and

often people diagnosed with diabetes are taking medications for other

" conditions " at the same time. When this is the case, there is no

substitute for genuine knowledge and experience about how to proceed.
