Guest guest Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 Thank you Erica--because I can personally testify that juicing can be a wonderful way to get certain nutrients in, juice fast, etc especially with greens. Sure its optional and I wont die w/o my juicer but me and my SO feel much better after having green juice several times a week.
