Guest guest
Many people have indeed experienced complete reversal/disappearance of diabetes 2 after embracing a RF program and making certain lifestyle changes. CAVEAT: This reversal is itself easily reversed (the diabetes returns with a vengeance) if a person returns to former ways of eating and living. In other words, it's not a quick fix, it's a choice to live differently forever. We serve people best when we emphasize this distinction before they begin. There is no turning back. Also, I suggest that we exercise some caution in making any claims. Diabetes typically occurs in the presence of other symptoms and/or diagnoses, and often people diagnosed with diabetes are taking medications for other " conditions " at the same time. When this is the case, there is no substitute for genuine knowledge and experience about how to proceed. I've seen people do great on their own ... and I've seen a few people hurt themselves on their own, too. Some private advice is always a good idea when transitioning off long-term-use medications. Regarding your comments below, Erica, no juicing and no herbs are ever required; people who love these things continue to love them. But the results achieved by simply eating a healthful mix of whole foods are most sustainable; that is, they make for the most healthful long-term lifestyle. Why not just start out on the " best " path to begin with, and save some money in the process by purchasing no products? Complete waste, in my personal experience working with people. Furthermore, the idea that the pancreas needs " support " reflects a misunderstanding of the nature of diabetes itself. Diabetes 2 results from chronic elevated blood fat; it is not truly a blood-sugar problem at all ... such a description applies to the symptoms, not to the underlying problem, or cause. Herbs not only add nothing, they actually detract because they are all toxic, in and of themselves, to at least some degree. Whenever we eat so-called " medicinal herbs " , the body MUST divert valuable energy and other resources to removal of the herbs we have eaten. Whenever we improve our diet and lifestyle, our health improves. Whenever we improve our diet and lifestyle and throw some of our improved food into a blender, our health improves. Whenever we improve our diet and lifestyle can also eat some herbs, our health improves. Whenever we improve our diet and lifestyle and also eat some " cleanse " , our health improves. Whenever we improve our diet and lifestyle and also eat some " superfoods " , our health improves. Whenever we improve our diet and lifestyle and also shoot water up our ass, our health improves. THE BIG PICTURE: Whenever we improve our diet and lifestyle, our health improves. I strongly encourage everyone to begin to embrace the paradigm shift from medical-model thinking, in which we focus on and " treat " symptoms, to health-model thinking, in which we live healthfully and watch with a sense of gratitude and wide-eyed wonderment as our systems cleanse, restore, and replenish themselves without any prompting, " support " , or other interference of any kind whatsoever. THAT, in my view, is part of the " miracle of life " , if I may use that language for a moment. The miracle lies not only in the existence of life, but in the vast innate intelligence inherent WITHIN all life. I was booted from the diabetes for remarking that it is reversible. Crazy! Some people are very attached to and protective of their illnesses. I have seen radically bad type 2 diabetes respond in a matter of weeks! My friend reversed her husband's in no time at all, using a lot of raw foods and raw juices, plus some cooked vegan foods and some great herbs that support the pancreas, etc. She also did some colon cleansing, liver cleansing and kidney cleansing with him. I would say his extremely high blood sugar readings were coming out pretty normal within a month. You can do it! One of the very best overviews of this entire lifestyle is called: Living Foods For Optimum Health by Brian Clements. It is usually a lot cheaper used on www.half.com or www.amazon.con <http://www.amazon.con/> . :-) Erica www.schoolofrawk.com

The person inquiring should know that a healthy diet will reverse diabetes, yes. It does not have to be all raw, even, let alone " natural hygiene " . Herbs and fresh juices are wonderfully healing to the body, especially in terms of diabetes. I've seen various routes be used -- similar, but varying in nature/modalities a bit -- and they all lead to the reversal of diabetes due to their shared foundation. Why not present the inquisitor with a balanced view of their options instead of simply promoting one's own very limited, very inflexible opinion as the only truth? That is what I would like to know. Where we differ is simply that not all of us are natural hygienists. ;-) Erica
